Wow Garments is a subsidiary of Reflex Group of Companies incorporated in Los Angeles California and Guangzhou China. We started out with a store in fashion district and manufacturing in China.
We have since moved most of our operations to Guangzhou in China and a logistic center located in New York, as that works out to be more cost-effective way to serve our customers.

It takes 2-5 business days to process order. It takes 10 business days total for you to get your order.
Shipping is flat $10 for any order less than $35. Any order over $35 the shipping is free.
We ship several orders in bulk together from China to our logistic partner in New York, from there they are shipped using USPS / UPS ground service. It takes around 10 business days to receive a package after the tracking number has been updated on the order.
Yes, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are reshipping defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders. For International orders, a store credit will be given.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel orders, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the “Message” system.
