We want you to adore your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we've streamlined our return process for your convenience.

The majority of items available on WOWGARMENTS.COM can be returned within 20 days of purchase, with some exceptions, provided they meet the specified return criteria detailed below. You’ll find a list of items that are not eligible for return here.

If You Receive a Wrong or Damaged/Defective Item

If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged/defective item, please reach out to WOW Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order. Describe the issue and attach a photo to help us understand the problem. You can contact us through Customer Service. Once we review the information, we will promptly issue a refund or send a replacement item. Please allow us 48 hours to process your request.

Requirements for Eligible Return Items

For All Clothing Items:
To qualify for a return, clothing items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition. They should have the original tags attached and any applicable hygiene sticker intact.

For Shoes & Bags:
To be eligible for return, shoes and bags must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition, including the original branded boxes and all accessories (such as shoe buckles, shoelaces, and dust bags). Shoes should have only been tried on a soft, clean surface.

For All Other Categories:
Items from other categories must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. They should have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, swimwear, and any other items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Free gifts provided with purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, please note that order cancellations for customized items are not supported.

Quality Check for Returns:
You're welcome to try on an item as you would in a store, but please avoid wearing it extensively. If a returned item is received by WOW in an unsuitable condition (e.g., worn, damaged) or outside of the designated returns timeframe, we may be unable to issue a refund. In such cases, if the item needs to be returned to you, you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, returned items undergo inspection and/or testing to verify their eligibility for return and to ensure they meet the specified requirements. If the item successfully passes our quality check, we will proceed with issuing a refund. If the returned item is ineligible, we will reject the return and withhold a refund or credit.

In the event that a return is rejected, we will notify you of our decision and the reasons for it. Should you wish to have the item returned to you, you will need to cover the associated shipping fee. The return shipping fee for sending a rejected-return item back to you is currently $7.99 (subject to change). Alternatively, if you opt not to have the item returned to you, we may donate it to a charity organization of our choice.

Return Shipping Fees

For your first return package related to any order, return shipping is free when you use the provided return label (details available in the Return Request Process section). The return package must be postmarked within 20 days from the purchase date.

If you have already made returns for items from an order and wish to make additional returns of items from the same order or another order, you can still use the return label we provide. However, a shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund for these additional returns. Please ensure that all additional returns are postmarked within 20 days from the purchase date.

Fair Use Policy

We maintain a fair use policy to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. In cases where we suspect fraudulent or unusual activity associated with your account, we may need to withhold issuing a refund and take further action, including blocking your account and any associated accounts.

Examples of suspicious activity include, but are not limited to:

  • Claims regarding orders not received or items missing
  • Excessive ordering and returning that exceeds typical customer behavior
  • Unusual patterns of return activity
  • Instances where we suspect items are being worn for extended periods before being returned
  • Returning items that have been used or do not match the original order specifications

We are committed to upholding fair practices and ensuring that our policies are followed to maintain the integrity of our services and protect our customers' interests.

Looking to Exchange an Item?

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, all returned items will be refunded once they are received at our warehouse. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. This allows you to get the replacement quickly and efficiently.
