Wondering About the Status of Your Order?

Once you place an order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your order will be shipped from China and assigned a tracking number for your convenience. We work with a network of trusted delivery partners to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly.

The specific delivery partner assigned to your order is determined based on your selected delivery location and the value of your order. This ensures that your order is delivered efficiently and securely.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit My Orders after logging into your account.
  2. Select the specific order you wish to track.
  3. Click on the Track Parcel button associated with that order.

If your tracking information does not display updates or appears blank, please be patient as there may be a delay in updates. Rest assured the tracking details will appear soon.

Please allow the estimated delivery time for your order to arrive at your specified address. If you have concerns or need further assistance, contact our customer service team.

Checking the Estimated Delivery Date

You can locate the estimated delivery date through the following methods:

  • Order Placement: The estimated delivery date is provided during checkout.
  • Order Confirmation Email: Check your confirmation email for the estimated delivery date.
  • My Orders Section: Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders to view delivery details.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery date is just an estimate. Your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after the stated date, depending on various factors.

What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Order

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive, especially during busy periods.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of your estimated delivery date. Our team will help track and resolve the issue.

We strive to meet all delivery commitments, but occasional delays may occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Order Amendment Policy

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes due to our fast order processing system. This includes modifications to items, delivery options, addresses, or payment methods.

If you need to make changes, we recommend canceling the existing order (if within our cancellation policy) and placing a new one. Orders for customized items cannot be canceled.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it to receive an automatic void and refund. Please note that customized items cannot be canceled.

To Cancel Your Order

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Click Cancel/View next to the order you wish to cancel.

If the Cancel/View button is unavailable, the cancellation window has passed (12 hours from order time).

Problem with Your Order?

If there’s an issue with your item — damaged, defective, or incorrect — you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

Here’s what you should do:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team.
  2. Provide a photo of the faulty or incorrect item along with a short description of the issue.

Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the correct merchandise.

Missing an Item?

If you’re missing an item from your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your emails (including spam/junk folders) for updates about split deliveries or stock notifications.
  2. Review your order in My Orders to see if items were shipped separately.
  3. If the item is still missing after delivery, contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of delivery, providing your order details and the missing item info.

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Payment, Promos & Gift Vouchers

Placing an Order

To place an order, simply follow these steps:

  1. Add Items to Bag: Click “Add to Bag” for the items you want to purchase.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: When finished, click the bag icon (bottom of screen on mobile, top-right on desktop), then click Checkout.
  3. Sign In or Register: Log in with your account or register as a new customer.
  4. Review Order: Double-check your items before payment.
  5. Apply Promo Code or Voucher: Enter your promo code under the “Promo Code” or “Vouchers” section.
  6. Confirm Address: Verify your delivery address.
  7. Choose Payment Method & Place Order: Select your payment option and click “Place Order.” You may need to complete security steps (OTP, password, etc.) depending on your bank.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Add WOWGarments as a safe sender and check your spam folder if the email doesn’t appear.
